Apple Strudel and Custard Ale…Yuck!

Went to Boundary Outlet Mills in Colne today to try and get some slippers as mine have just about fallen to bits. I’ve been trying to find some since Boxing Day but nowhere has had any in my size.
The Outlet is just down the road from the Sainsbugs I go to so I killed two birds with one stone.
There’s two cafes in Boundary Mills, The Hive which is just as you go in and I had a smashing coffee in there and it wasn’t busy. The second is bigger and upstairs and it’s just like a works canteen. Had a water and sarnie in there as I was hungry and it was average to say the least.
On my way back I called in the supermarket where I saw this beer. I’ve hardly had a beer since Xmas but had to buy a can. Needless to say, it was pretty foul, I took a couple of gulps and poured the rest down the sink. I love craft beers, especially grapefruit IPA but this one just didn’t taste/smell of any of the ingredients it claimed in its name. In fact it’s hard to say what it did taste of!!
