The Poser

A cold day when all washing had to be dried inside.  The garden was busy though with birds large and small and even a couple of squirrels, all filling their tummies.  This parakeet, unlike so many other birds, stayed and and stayed, despite my shadowy presence at the dining room window and then the kitchen door.  I even opened he door to get this slightly clearer shot, but he was safe, being some 50-60 feet away!
