friends

Joanna and I went for a walk this afternoon. I took Jess and Joanna brought along Moss, her neighbour's dog. They get along fine when they're out in the woods, though there is sometimes a spot of jealousy :-)

Here is Joanna at the end of the walk, trying to get both dogs to pose with her for a photo...I love the way they're looking at each other!

It's been another beautiful sunny day, and on our side of the valley the frost never melted and the fields were white all day. On this side, which faces south, the frost melted quite quickly. In summer it's the opposite way around - we get most of the sunshine. I like it that way.
