We are returning to Zihuatanejo for the first time after being forced to move away April of 2023. Our Alaska Air plane had a special livery honoring their association with the United Negro College Fund. Fittingly, the winglets were black and gray rather than the typical blue and green. Fortunately the recent 737 Max groundings did not affect our flight and we arrived in Mexico without incident.
