It's been another gloriously sunny, crisp, cold winter's day.

I'm pooped!  Heather and I did two laps around the loch at Stirling Uni this morning - maybe 3.5miles?  It's fairly flat so not very strenuous but it's the first proper walk I have done in two weeks!

I can confirm a solid night's sleep with my new pillow! No constant shoogling to get comfy!
