Hey guys hope this finds you all well, long time no speak. My diet is not going great but on a *positive* my walking has improved along with my moods im in a lot better place and really happy with how things are going. Life is good. love to all x x x


This was taken this evening walking on the Southcliff, a grey day with some sun this evening :) saw Fia too and got some good walks in and walked lots of steps :) looking after my friends baby tomorrow for the whole night very exciteddddddddddd :)

oh also got my hair done and went for lunch at EAT ME Hey cafe x x x
