Frosty at Kippendavie

Up to Dunblane for a walk with R and the dogs. R. pronounced  the new coat ideal. We discussed adventurous colours and padding vs the ability to layer up. The coat performed well in the frosty weather and it felt comfortable. So that's that, you'll be glad to know. 

We walked round some of the paths at Kippendavie where, despite the sunshine,  the frost hadn't really shifted at all. It was quite icy but manageable in decent boots. Back to R's for coffee and a bit of Christmas cake. She had made two. 

I'm home now and have some admin to complete this afternoon. I must replenish the bird feeders because this is trying weather for the little ones.
