Black Rock 5

Tonight with some friends I did the Black Rock 5 race at Kinghorn in Fife. It was a lovely sunny evening and the race has a great atmosphere. You run from the town down onto the beach to the Black Rock , through wet sand, then circle the black rock - more of a splash than a run,
A run back to the town, nippy uphill finish then one of the best runners goody bags - a bottle of beer from Williams brothers.
A memorable Friday evening.
