Maldon Prom parkrun - Groundhog Day

A crisp morning at the Prom. I ran exactly the same time as last week and it turns out that is a 'thing' - Groundhog day achieved. We had record numbers and ran out of tokens. We needed an extension on the finish funnel and so now a new challenge - how to transport the heavy cones?
