Bread baking
Even though it is a humid quite warm day I still like to put the oven on to bake a loaf of bread. I rarely get a failure these days and if it is a failure it is because the bread has stuck to the tin. This one turned out great. I made sure I oiled and lined the tin so we had a great loaf.
I do not eat a lot of bread but Peter has a few slices daily I do like the crust though of a newly baked fresh loaf.
