The grey & the colourful

After another prayer meeting at church (part of the New Year week of prayer tradition) I rushed off to do a chilly swim because, for some reason, I felt I needed the shock of the cold water. Boy it felt wonderful. 8 degrees today.

And this afternoon, Elbows, NoaNoa, MightyMouse, my MIL, Dot.T and WelshMan and I all went to see One Life. It was truly a fantastic film. I felt so choked and emotional all through it as it’s a remarkable story. A challenging one too.
