Clear Sky

We awoke to a clear sky and a frost. That was followed by freezing fog. And when that cleared, it became a bright, sunny but cold day. This is the winter weather that most people crave, not the days of rain and mild temperatures that we have had for weeks.

The sky before sunset was quite a sight from our bedroom window. The exif information tells me I took this image at 15.54, 11 minutes before the sun set, although this looks very much like a sunset to me. A sky on fire.
