HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!

Can’t believe I was persuaded to continue last year’s New Year’s Resolution…a 5K park run walk!!! Unfortunately my walking buddy is quite poorly and due to go on holiday so decided not to do today but will attempt a walk on holiday!
O joined me today and we did a local walk that joined the course at 4k (or so I thought) in fact we did nearly 6k as they’d changed the course due to muddy conditions.
So our 1hr 10 mins was good as we usually do 5k in an hour.
After coffee we went up to church to un-decorate it from Christmas.
The Rev went up to Mums and I boxed up our decorations.

Ready for a curry and a chilled evening in front of the TV.
