2x PB's Parkrun....

We did Worthing today 627 runners!! 
N did v well .. helps with His London Landmark Half in April and we are doing Worthing 10k in June.
Been a beautiful morning together fou d the most wonderful.Cafe.
The Art gallery very.clever faces made with 2p and 10p coins. The body made out of washers I think! and.loved The date Night No 5!!

The Laughing Dog.. lovely staff, Brighton has definitely moved to Worthing..

The sun has shone now.doing bit gardening.  
So unusual to have a day.togehter really lovely.
I always find something to be thankful.for today is one of them... Keeping N upbeat.
