View across the Exe estuary

It's been a lovely sunny but cold day.  I was off to the first sprint cycle class this year and it was good to get back into it.  I then went to a nearby supermarket for a few items and took this shot of the view looking across the estuary.  I hurried back home for a shower before meeting up with a friend for a coffee and to catch up on each others Christmas and New Year celebrations.  We enjoyed a walk together along the beach before I headed back home for lunch.

My husband had just returned from a short bike ride and is feeling much better.  He seems to have adjusted to the increased water and salt regime now.
