We drove  home from Swanage this morning, very relieved to have avoided travelling  last night in the heavy rain and very blustery conditions.
I was pleased to be back in time  to attend my Pilates class at lunch time. 
This afternoon while it was raining again  outdoors,  we indulged in tea and  Christmas cake, indoors.
Over the  last couple of days my Auntie has taken a turn for the worse,so there has been a lot of messaging between my sister ( who is liaising with her carers and  district Nurses, albeit  at 300 miles away ) and me.
I shall be going to Harrow, at the weekend, to see what help I can offer.
