Pretty pheasant

Another lovely ,calm day with plenty of sunshine. Such a difference to the very wet weather in the South with many areas flooded.
I spotted some movement outside and at first glance thought it was a crow but realised it was a black/green pheasant, beautiful. By the time I had got outside it had moved further up the hill. I waited for it to get into the sunshine so it’s colours would show up. He found a lady friend too :)
We went out at lunchtime, too nice to stay in. A walk at the Point and then we picked up some soup from Cromarty Bakery and took it down to Udale Bay. We drove onto Cromarty admiring the views , turned round and back the same way.We did not fancy the sun in our eyes if we took the higher road.
Watched some more of ‘ Fool me once ‘ . Lots of twists and turns. Will watch the last three tomorrow :)
