Dental Friday

I couldn’t resist blipping this sunset over the River Esk from my way back from a dental hygienist appointment in Meadowbank this afternoon.

I usually go every three months but hadn’t been for 5 months due to dental hygienists being a rare commodity currently. Anyway, there is a new hygienist called Lana from Ukraine who was brilliant, so professional and friendly, which took the fear out of sitting in the dental chair. Anyway, back in three months now and she’ll be checking that I have been following the dental hygiene routine perfectly.
