The longest day...

It happens to be the longest day today, and also the day that Mum finally moved house.
Anyone that has ever moved house knows that it is the third most stressful thing you can go through in life (after bereavement and divorce). We had to agree after we waited for 3 hours for the 'money to go through'.
My 80 year old mother was essentially homeless with no where to sit! The solicitors said the delay was probably because it was lunchtime...!

But now she is in and happy, away from the stresses of her last home and in a lovely little flat with the sun streaming through the window.

Having somewhere to go is Home. Having someone to love is Family.. Having both is a Blessing
