-22°C: Ice fog

Today we had a walk in the Tampere city centre. Very cold weather continues and Tammerkoski rapids steamed heavily. 

Ice fog is composed of ice crystals instead of water droplets and forms in extremely cold, arctic air.

Then we had coffee in the Cafe Runo. 

Later in the evening we had power cut that lasted 15 minutes.
