Finally, a lovely day!

The sun came out but
Ben was wakeful in the night.

Really busy day today, took older teen for a hair trim, fetched some bits from the shop, decided to take Ben and Leo to the woods so they could get their respective exercise in.  It was a good morning because Ben was actually much calmer than he's been for a few weeks, I quite enjoyed being out there with him chatting away.  The sun was actually out too which was a delight after all the rain we've had, it was still very much wellies and wading through mud on the ground but it didn't matter as the light was good.  One of Ben's TAs from school popped around after lunch as she is leaving school and wanted Ben to know what was going on.  She does some PA work for us so we will keep in touch but it's sad that she won't be at school anymore, she really gets Ben and he works really well with her :-( 
By the time she was leaving Ben was starting to spiral a little bit so he's been a bit more trying. Grandma came around at teatime so he's had a bit more attention which seems to have settled him down although he's still very much in an impulsive, 'I've thought it, therefore I must make it happen' mode.  Hopefully he'll sleep tonight, unlike last night.. :-/
