The cold breeze (yes, there is wind too) will stay above us few days I guess. The weekend will be maybe a bit milder, and I can only guess how warm a temperature of -15c⁰ must feel after this crispy weather.  Without wind tjis would be quite tolerable, but the breeze makes some -10c or more...
