The River Styx?

Not really the entrance to Hades but an example of, in my opinion, a rather serious planning mistake. I have been spoiled over the last few days by being down in Greenock with open river and well laid out walkways. This could have been the Paisley equivalent with the Cart open as a public amenity.

Instead it was decided to hide the river under an undistinguished office building and a shopping mall or piazza that was a veritable wind tunnel when it first opened.

Too late to go back I suppose.
