Nature's Artistry.

Change of plan today. We didn't go to the Moray Coast but went to Glen Affric instead. This is where the BBC filmed The Last of the Mohicans a lot of years ago.
It is a wonderful Glen and we drove right into the heart of it and ascended to 600 feet above sea level. We were up among the Traditional Old Scots Pine Trees, The Mountain Ash, Douglas Firs and Lily Ponds. Lily Ponds? What the heck I didn't think we would see one of those today! But I am so glad we did, because i saw this beautiful sight which I have shown here. The Lilies were lovely and wild, but the pond grass was growing through the water and in the glorious sunlight, they were forming beautiful reflections across the the little waves on the water, making a brilliant Art Deco Picture. See for yourselves. My Blip today Natures Artistry! Have a good weekend everyone!
