Early morning rain, but I put the washing in the machine. Washing out on the line, heavy rain, then dry spell - everything dry enough to bring indoors and onto the clothes maid by 3pm.

I heard a Thrush squawking in the sycamore tree behind the sheds, then saw it fly off - not sure which type …
