Clouding The Issue

I don't think leap years (2016 & 2020) are taken into account?
I think my BlipCount started on 4th Jan 2013?
All I know for sure is I've had a significant number of LNK Blips over those 11ish years, so back there again for today's Blip and then home to wrap a wet towel round my head :-)
