Elderflower Cordial

This morning dawned unexpectedly sunny which meant i had time to do the 101 things i didn't do yesterday in the dry. I also went picking elderflowerswith my 2 Italians and this is what we found, Enough to make about 2 litres of cordial. I have to leave the brew over night before adding the sugar and lemon juice.
Now it's pouring with rain. I'm supposed to be going out to a barbeque tonight. think I'll wear my wellies and take an umbrella.
