Refugee

This queen bee took refuge in our porch yesterday during Storm Henk.  The winds were terrific.

This morning Stuart got her onto a sheet of paper and put her on the blooming heather bush.  She had appeared very lacklustre while in the porch, but she turned herself around and started feeding.  So we now think she will be okay.

We are starting a slow disassembly of Christmas, starting today.

I have just put an extra in, as we had a rainbow just now!
