I was going to see the log man but

... it rained again - very hard.  Apparently the road past Wortley was flooded.  I decided I wasn't going out because his logs would be wet anyway. (his kindling is usually dry).  I think I've found another log man who will deliver.

I knew I had a couple of shorter lengths from the birch tree and went to bring them inside.  The colours on the surface were lovely and worth a photo.

A long chat with GG in the afternoon.  She's been doing some amazing images linked to the Selfie project, whereas Ive only dipped my toe in!
