Vase of Buddleja globosa and leek buds

It being Midsummer's day we have been engulfed in cloud, mist and drizzle all day. Well actually it is just beginning to lift now, and I can actually see the Straits and Anglesey. And about time too.
This vase is sitting on my mantlepiece. And unusual arrangement, but I rather like it. I like the contrast between the yellow blobs of the Globosa and the pointy blobs of the leek buds.
