New Ways Of Working

Our afternoon walk was very damp and muddy with a lot of mist in the air, but we didn't meet anyone and it was peaceful.

To change the subject and ramble on, I've had a DSLR camera for almost 20 years and since blipping, been through a few. During our recent holiday I often took similar photos on my camera and my phone as it is easier to share on social media. I have checked and I took 4 times as many photos on my phone and only 3 blips were with my camera photos. Since returning only one blip has been with my camera. Carrying my camera and sometimes some lenses is an effort.

Don't get me wrong, I prefer using the camera, have more options and often the results are far better and easier to achieve but I've challenged myself to only use my phone to blip this year for no other reason than just because. I am assuming it will also help me to achieve better phone photos... low light phone photos are often bad. I won't stop using my camera, just choose to use it when needed... which might mean my blip is not the best photo I took that day, so be it. Extra added for my statistical reference.

There... that was exciting huh.. or not.
