I’m still off so have spent the day pottering…

Music room is set up again after the weekend, I also did some research on how to use our mixing desk properly as we had a few issues. ( we’ve only had it for 8 years). Seems I got something quite important a little bit wrong, so it was fine most of the time but when it went wrong …. Ouch much feedback. Anyway lesson learned.

I also had a photo clear out. In past years I have taken tens of thousands of shots and kept everything, gigabytes of raw files that will never be used. So I’ve started deleting as I go but still had a few thousand from the year as I’ve shot a few gigs and we had a wedding and an amazing holiday and of course a puppy… I was very strict and got it down to under 600 for the year. All backed up just in case I ever need them. ( I won’t, remind me to delete them in a couple of years ).

As you might be able to see from the photo, the river is in flood, not quite in the garden yet but it will rise a bit further even though the rain has stopped. The fields are soaked, we need a week of dry warm windy weather.
