Cooking by candle light

It got a bit windy this afternoon and when I checked the forecast, I discovered we were being treated to an Amber weather warning for wind by Storm Henk.  I had a small moan about having to continue marking on social media and lo and behold the power went off!  

Dinner was cooked by candle light and my gas hob - so glad I always have that as a backup when the power is off.  The candles and veg for chopping  and details of our weather warning in the extras.
