Knockers

Am in Rome for the weekend, without the children*.
I checked into the hotel just before 2, Mr K didn't get away from his work colleagues until 4:30 - you'd be amazed at how much can be achieved in the period of two and a half hours!
Our hotel is close to Piazza del Popolo so I walked along Via del Babuino towards the Spanish Steps, and I noticed the abundance of knobs and knockers, thought it'd be something different to show you rather than the usual tourist fair!


* Ben is being trialed at how well he can look after (in no particular order) himself, the dog and the house. He's fed up with coming away with us now and this gives him the chance to prove he can be left...I'll report back on Monday. Little miss bossy is staying with friends, who think thought she's wonderful...we shall see.
