New Years Day

Happy New Year to you all. Hope you had a good Hogmanay. Richard spent it in Edinburgh watching Pulp.They we’re lucky with the weather , dry and no wind for a change.
It was a beautiful day here so we enjoyed a walk on the beach. Beautiful light :) We went down to Udale Bay. The tide was coming in so quite a few birds on the grass banks.
Richard came over for dinner. My turn to cook so made a roast Gammon with cauliflower cheese, roasted broccoli , honey roasted carrots and parsnips and roast potatoes.
Watched The Velveteen Rabbit. I had heard of the book but never read it. We enjoyed it :)
