Manoeuvres

I’ve arrived back to Dar es Salaam in the midst of a rainy period, which El Niño seems to be exacerbating. My street is poorly surfaced and drained so doesn’t cope well with rain at the best of times. The taxis and tuk-tuks manoeuvre through at a glacial pace to deposit me at my gate.
