Gazania velvet belle

Something I haven’t done for yonks is use my Canon 70 - 200, but I took it out to the garden to give it an airing, gosh it’s heavy.  This African daisy seems to have popped up among the lavenders (not on the lavender bank) in my garden.  I knew it was there but had forgotten.  Pretty thing. 
This morning Doug and I went to Pleasant Point to oldTimers for morning tea and to catch up with mutual friends which we hadn’t seen for some time.  Thoroughly enjoyed our outing.
Doug went off to golf croquet this afternoon, I’ve sorted out some garden stuff and not much else really…..oh, I washed the kitchen floor, does that count?
