Mooning

We actually stayed up to see in the New Year, quite an achievement these days.  Mind you, I thought the fireworks went on a tad too long and I was worried about the bill.

This morning was lovely and sunny so set off for a walk via our friends up the road as it is C's birthday and I wanted to drop in her card and present.  They were in their back garden looking at the bulbs popping their heads out, before going for a walk, so we went together and then back to ours for coffee and a natter.

When I opened the conservatory blinds this morning I saw the moon was nicely positioned beside the Pin Oak and thought it would do for Mono Monday.  No resolutions made so it doesn't quite fit the theme.
