Spicy Banana Pancakes

On the road again today. Went as far as an inland place called Khao Kop which has a cave as its claim to fame.

Whilst travelling we always like to stop at little road side stalls or small local eateries. The colours of the hanging bananas and the lady cooking savoury and banana pancakes did it for me today.

Not only delicious but worthy of my on the road blip tonight.
