Curry Cam

It is looking like we are in for a wet, cold winter here in Brisbane. My solution tonight was to make curry. For me, a chicken curry and for Jo and potato, onion and pea curry. The secret is minimal ingredients. I will say that I added some chilli sauce that we got from a friend of ours recently. That gave the heat, as for the spice... I might keep that to myself.
