Carriage horse.

They guy who runs the horse drawn carriage around the Lincoln cathedral area has quite a few horses and rotates them around.
Nice to see one of my choir members in the cathedral today. She was talking about auditioning for a solo at the next concert but has chickened out, not sure why as she did a great piece at the open mike session at our Christmas bash !
