Out and about

We enjoyed a final Sunday stroll for the year by dint of walking a long was to the Coop to get the papers and another long way back.

It was my first stroll in since Covid struck and it was nice to be out and about, especially as we bumped into a few people we know.  We were also rewarded with a red squirrel sighting in the grounds of the Atholl Palace.

I continued with my model this afternoon and made good progress. I got one bit wrong but I can live with that and there are a few super-fiddly bits which I will leave out.

Whilst crafting I thought about 2023. Whilst there have been a few negatives along the way, these have been outweighed by many positives. For me the year has been characterised by doing  a fair few new things. including  starting An Cursa Inntrigidh at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig and taking the plunge (well several plunges) in Loch Faskally (and elsewhere) .

All the best for 24 when it comes !
