Big lunch

Nice picture of Mum from across the table surrounded by my hyacinths, not grown from bulb but from small nubs and squished into a big bowl. 

Carried on cooking vegan and turkey curry from the start and had a late epiphany about what to do with panettone and made a huge dish of bread and butter pudding (BBC Good Food recipe) which was literally the nicest thing I’d eaten all Christmas. 

The gang arrived, brothers 2 & 3, we missed you @Xtoph1 and we sat down 11 at the table.  Great fun day although we didn’t do much except chat and eat. 

Collapsed slightly in the evening and watched the last Slow Horses which was excellent.  Rang my colleague and friend who had an awful Christmas
