Still Not Tired Of Life

If Carlsberg did Saturdays in London then they would make a fortune selling this one.

Friends decided that I was best placed to decide the agenda given my knowledge of those streets.

We started with breakfast in Sir Wetherspoons Leicester Square at 9:15. From there we went to Fortnum & Mason so they could experience the Christmas puddings.

After that it was bit of culture at the Royal Academy. From there we travelled down to Buckingham Palace but no audience with His Majesty.

This was followed by tea and sandwiches at the County Hall Marriott with a perfect view of the Palace of Westminster.

A trip across the Millennium Bridge and a wander around St Paul’s Cathedral and then a bus trip down to Covent Garden where we spent a lovely time admiring Covent Garden from the Royal Opera House.

Dinner in Nando’s was the perfect end to the day.
