Ramen

I love the process of preparing the broth, cutting the vegetables, making the eggs, and cooking the noodles. The smells are heady and enticing.

Food in bowls has always been my favourite. Ramen ticks all my boxes. It may take a while to prepare, but what else are freezing cold twixmas days for?

Jigsaw complete and hat knitted, just needs sewn up. I'm concerned that it's too small though.
