12 Years

 I find it hard to believe I have been posting a photo on Blip every day for the last twelve years. I started on 1st January 2012 but according to Blip my birthday is today.

It's been quite a journey. I've not always found it easy to find a photo topic every day, and even more so since my mobility has been restricted due to heart problems. It is for this reason that I may not post every day in the future, we'll have to see how it goes.

I have enjoyed myself and made lots of blip friends and really enjoy looking at their photos everyday. It's part of my daily ritual. I also find it as an aide-memoire, the search facility is very useful in letting me know where I was on any day 

Anyway, here's to next year. I wish everyone a very Happy New Year and look forward to seeing your pictures (and reading the journals as well).

In other news: Pete went home today after his mini break with us. The weather does not look too promising, hopefully no flooding, the river is at its highest it's been for a while.  We went to St Peter's Garden Centre. It was quite busy as they were selling off the Christmas stuff.  The queue for coffee was quite long, but there were plenty of tables once we had our drinks.

I've added a polar bear to the extras.  Something for Silly Saturday.
