The Lookout

The snow was a surprise this morning! It's still falling and, though it looks pretty damp, it is lying. The sparrow was hanging around under the bird feeder and the robin in the extra was by a feeder a bit further down the garden. 

Before the snow started falling I managed a walk with a friend and had a coffee with her. We debriefed on our various Christmas celebrations and looked forward to the new year. 

It's not very inviting to go out again. I'd intended to do a bit of a garden clear up but I don't think that's going to happen. I'm slowly disassembling the house decorations, a bit at a time.
