Orchid by torchlight

It's 23:30, dark and raining outside and I'm about to fail on only my third day... What can I take a photo of?
Ah - that orchid in the lounge is nice - but I don't have background or lights etc. What to do?
... I know, a long exposure and wafting a torch around might do it! So here you go...

It doesn't have the punch it might have, so I might try another approach on another day.
