Managed to get a lesson with Ella for Eva this afternoon. Hampered a bit by the weather but he wasn't going well again today. Ella was puzzled by his behaviour too. Neither of us think it's pain related (teeth, saddle, back checked) but we could be missing something. Going to try another lesson next week then maybe give him a couple of weeks off. 

Phone message on way home from my brother. Mum had a fall at home. She is unhurt as far as I know but she has gone into hospital as her heart rate rocketed. My brother is staying with her whilst they find out why :o(    I don't think there is anything I can do so I haven't dashed over there so just got to wait for news. Pete said she was comfortable and chatting away so hopefully we'll find out more tomorrow.
