Hamper….!!

A very special ‘foodie’ hamper from my Son…he made it up himself..!!
Fabulous sauces and Balsamic vinegar …sea salt and honey that a client leaves in to his GFs workplace..
And of course some very good chocolate…!!
The sauces come from a chef called Sham Hanifa…a native of Malaysia who came to Ireland and settled in County Leitrim in the town where my son lives…his food is obviously wonderful Asian flavour using the best of Irish ingredients….i haven’t been to his restaurant yet but I have been to his café/shop which is wonderful..!!

No sleep last night….stomach issues due to all the rich food of the last few days month. ….!!!!
